Warm-Up: Mosey lap around the track then Arm circles X 20, backslappers X 10, Slow Squats X 10

The Thang Part 1: Unannounced inspection: modified Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT): 2min AMRAP Pushups, 2 Min AMRAP Situps, 1 mile run (to save time). The pandemic got us off cycle of doing these every six months like we had planned.  Suave has the chart which will not be shared but ask if you want your numbers. However, congrats to GNR and Private Ryan – the only two pax who both scored better in all 3 categories over their Oct. 2019 stats. Next APFT:  Nov. 14, 2022.  I now have stats for 28 Pax

Part2: Partner up. Each group of 2 had 40# +/- sandbag or ruck. Starting at the near end line, one partner does bear crawl pull throughs toward the far endline, the other runs to the far end line and back to their partner, swap … until they go the entire field.   Going back similar thing – one partner runs while the other does 10 curls and 10 tricep extensions walks 10 yards, repeats, until partner gets back, …
