Line Drill Warm-up @ Small Track
Speed Progression
Four total laps. After each lap, you steadily increase your speed to the point where you are nearly sprinting on the final lap.
Hungry, Hungry Hippos
Four teams were created of 3 PAX each with the exception of one team with 2 PAX. Carbon Copy would be able to carry two balls at once. Four buckets were paced on each corner of the basketball court. 36 tennis balls and 1 5# medicine ball were lined up in the center of the track On the command go, everyone grabs one of the balls and brings it to his team’s buckets. Once all the ball in the center are gone, you can go ahead and steal a ball from the other team and run and place it in your bucket. You must place it in the bucket. You can only carry one ball at a time. Ball must say near you at all times unless it is placed in the budget. You may not throw or roll the ball.
Still a ton of foul play. On the second run of the game, we used the playground. On the third run of the game, we used the blacktop behind the playgrounds and split into two teams instead of four.
