17 men met up in the gloom to take on the Iron Pax Challenge Week 1 – Revenge of the Bunnies. These HIM gave outstanding effort and it was a great 3rd post for FNG Nate, now Opossum (with an O).

It was awesome to see all 17 men complete the challenge in under 42:30.
Congratulations to our Week 1 champion, GnR who finished in a blistering 25:31.
In addition to GnR, two other men finished under 27 minutes: Geronimo and Ron Swanson. Also, TCLAPS to the six men that completed the challenge in under 40 minutes.
GnR complimented everyone on the great push this morning and said his hands hurt.
It was great having Tinkerbell join us.
Pan really enjoyed the workout.
Cowbell is reading a book about not negotiating with himself.
Sleepy thanked GnR for pushing him to the end.
Little Debbie announced the Cascades 9/11convergence on Saturday. LD is also leading the 9/11 Travis Manion Ruck at Cascades at 0830.
G-Mo said TCLAPS to F3 Daytona for going from one man to 6 – 10 regularly since May. He is going to Tampa to watch the 1 – 0 Gators.
5 – 0 said these guys killed it and then he named FNG Nate, Opossum.
Amelia has been in Chicago.

Swanson loved to see everyone putting the work in and giving our best effort.
Kimchi is heading back home Sunday. He is thankful to have electricity and no damage to the house.
Mr. Kotter has the Southwood Q on Tuesday with a 9/11 theme.
AOL has the Southwood Q on Friday for IPC Week 2.
