Q: Crab Legs
To recover from IPC, we took a trip around the beautiful northern part of Leon County and expressed our creative side with beautiful artwork.
12 HIM’s warmed up a bit and set off to the turf field. We did some left and right turns to get the ankles warmed up before setting off back to the trails.
Basically, we ran from the turf field back toward the flag then over to the tennis courts. We stopped for a couple sets of BLIMPS along the way then crossed Meridian to the trails. Stopped on the trails a few times for some squat work with the occasional twerk mixed in. Did some circle back runs back toward the tennis courts to allow the speed demons like Dimples and Shooter to get some energy out.
More BLIMPS and squats on the way back. Back to the open lot near the flag for EMOM horseshoe sprints with merkins, plank jacks, mountain climbers, etc. as the rest between runs.
Here is our route and below is the artwork we made.

Back to the Flag
COT: Prayers for Dimples and the number of family challenges they have experienced over the past few months. Angus starts a new job as a hand model next week. Rico brought up some good points about persevering in the face of adversity and was still pissed that someone stole his Cindy at Chiles. Shooter celebrated his 65th anniversary and wants prayers for the tests he is taking to advance his professional career. Crayola reminded us to pass grace along to others we come into contact to as we remember the grace that God has shown us.
I shared Romans 15:1-2 which I think was a great verse for F3.
But we who are strong ought to bear with the failings of the weak, and not just please ourselves.[a] 2 Let each of us please his neighbor for his good to build him up.
We will each find ourselves weak and strong at different times in our lives. When we are strong, we must remember that our purpose is not to judge others, look down on others, or compare ourselves to others, but our goal is to bear with the weak and walk along with them as we help them grow. When we are weak, our job is to be humble and allow others to help build us up.
Prayer and pledge.
