The Thang: Mosey to the end of te bus ramp driveway with 30# rucks and 40# sandbags (except for Troy – 50# ruck and 60# sandy)13 reps of PT to honor the 13 U.S. servicemen and women who lost their lives at the Kabul airport last week.
3 cones laid out in 100 yard intervals for a total distance of 300 yards from start line. Begin with PT at cone 1 and then ruck to each cone for PT. At the end switch up PT and head back

COT: Pax discussed the current goings on in Afghanistan and working to try to find the silver linings, hoping that the cost in lives lost may some someday prove to be worthwhile. History will tell that story. Prayers were offered for those killed this past week and all those before them, as well as the veterans who served in Iraq and Afghanistan who are coping with effects of their service.
