Besides me, the PAX were split into two teams. Rucks overhead while I ask a question about me that I would think is easy, but… You buzz in by having everyone on the team place the ruck on the ground. If the team answers it correctly, you win. If not, the other team wins. The winning team gets to ruck the 200 m lap. The losing team has to pick a card from the deck of 9s and higher.
Spades = ground-to-overhead
Clubs = get-ups
Hearts = burpee squats
Diamonds = 8-count bodybuilders

I wanted to have a little fun this morning. I have an OCR carried over from 2020 this weekend.
Q had to leave for an online meeting. The rest of the PAX literally went the extra mile after COT.
