I got a text from Hawkeye while warming up saying that he will be late or not show up. I created an impromptu Q this morning. I guess I should make an award called “Missing in Action.”
No the hills were not Asian…
Warmup Shake and Bake through the hill around the bus ramp.
Run to the top of the straight path on the second floor of Chiles. Two “fast runs” ending with a final “sprint”.
By the way, this is how I define the run speeds.
Walk (1-25%) –> Speedwalk/shuffle (26-50%) –> Jog (51-75%) –> Fast Run (76-99%) –> Sprint (100%, cannot go any faster)

5 slow merkins on my count (focus on straight arms at the top, chest to ground at the bottom)

I have returned from Wichita, KS for Conquer the Gauntlet. 14 miles of obstacles on Saturday. I am still a bit suboptimal this morning and could not get myself to sprint yet.
Prayers for Pebbles‘ mother-in-law who suffered from a stroke and undergoing end-of-life care.
Hawkeye enjoyed hiking with his father with mixed success.
Grillz shared a story of a coworker through the COVID season who had to be let go during the COVID season, but ended with a new job position recently. Dentistry was one of the unforeseen industries severely affected by COVID.
