WARMUP:
Little Man in the Woods, Hillbillies, and some light stretching.
THE WORK:
Mosey from Cascades Park to Bloxham parking garage; bear crawl and run up ramps; view park from top deck, and discuss history of Larson Building.
Mosey over to Bloxham Building and discuss history of same; bear claw burpees in rear parking lot.
Mosey over to Holland Building and discuss its history; tooth fairy up stairs with Russian twists at end.
Mosey over to front of Carlton Bldg and discuss history of same; mosey down to side parking lot and perform 100 LBCs; bear crawl up grass hill, and return down stairs to lot.
Mosey to overpass; pull-ups on girders, and then run to, and up, stairs of Mayo Bldg, discussed Mayo history in parking lot.
Mosey down to Smoky Hollow memorial, and discuss history of former neighborhood; dips and derkins.
Mosey back to Cascades Park; crawl bear up the grassy hill in the northwest corner of the park.
Mosey, right and left defensive slides, right and left carioca, and DB over to the wall on the east side of the park; 60-second wall sit, two decline pushes, and another 6-second wall sit.
Mosey back to amphitheater; WWII sit-ups, monkey humpers, deconstructed burpees, Travoltas, spider merkins, high knees & lunges, flutter kicks.
