COT: Pax is well. FNG Ryan did great for his first time out. FNG Steve received his name “Over Draft”. Welcome to both. Reminded that Prayer Maters. Prayers fro Vince Graham and his family as he lost his life recently leaving behind a wife of 30 years as well as John Harrison, Evels very good family friend. Q’s Aunt passed after a long battle with Dementia, traveling to NC for services. Peter Pan asked for Prayers for the Dumont Family as they lost their son at 37 recently. Ron Swanson prepares for 2.0 #2 in 30 days and counting. Geronimo revived some much better know son his mother recently, much better diagnosis, prayer works! Sparky aka “Al Roker) reminded us that while we complain of humid conditions, it is creating some amazing views in the sky for us during high numbers of reps on our 6’s. Speedo discussing details on his Charity event he is planning, more details coming soon. Several Pax reminded each other of how important each of us are to them and that one in particular really helped them finish todays work out. Fellas, this is F3..! New location in the books. Do you ever get a feeling that God is telling you to do something? That is called conviction. Sometimes, we are convicted to do things that are difficult and all we want to do is run away. But when we run away, we compromise with God. We want the benefits of a relationship but when He asks us to obey Him, we are not willing to do the hard work. What area of your life is God convicting you to honor Him with.
