Quick Stretch

Grab a Cindy or a Rock and jog to the soccer field

Lie down with your back on the ground and do 100 reps of bench press with the Cindy on your own (last 50 reps include flutter kicks while pressing). Keep your arms extended holding the Cindy if you finish early until last man finishes.

Stand up with your Cindy and do 100 reps of bicep curls on your own (hold the cindy over your head if you finish early until last man finishes)

Partner Up :  1 Pax does squats with the cindy while Partner sprints to the other side of the field and back (Switch when your Partner gets back)

1 Pax planks while Partner carries 2 Cindy’s to mid field and back (Switch when your Partner gets back)

1 Pax does squats with the cindy while Partner sprints to the other side of the field and back (Switch when your Partner gets back)

1 Pax does push ups while Partner bear crawls to mid field then Joe Hendrix aka reverse bear crawl back (Switch when your Partner gets back).

1 Pax does bent over rows with Cindy while Partner sprints to the other side of the field and back (Switch when Partner gets back)

Drop your Cindy. 1 Pax does ab crunches while Partner kangaroo hops to mid field then kangaroo hops back (Switch when your Partner gets back). END OF PARTNER EXERCISES

As a group, Do Suicides to ¼, ½, ¾ and to the end of the field. Plank if you finish early until last man finishes

Each Pax picks up a Cindy and jogs with it to the bottom of the hill on the side of the soccer field. Sprint up the hill holding the cindy and mosey back down (Repeat exercise 4 more times).

As a group, mosey to the top of the hill with your Cindy then head back to the flag and drop it off there. DONE

COT: Prayers for sleep improvement for Manguy and Magneto. They’ve been running on very few hours of sleep for awhile now. (By the way, Manguy decided use a rock for the workout today and it was the biggest one I’ve seen at Meadows and he still toughed it out through the Q)

Good to see Dimples back out today.

GnR crushed the workout as usual today and reminded us to push ourselves past what we think. If your mind is telling you to stop at a point in the workout then extend that point further and further.

Mensa’s son Brightspot is crushing it with his summer school assignment of reading a 500 page book and writing a long paper on it. He gets up at 6:50 am each day to get  to work on it. Mensa has led him by example and it’s paying off.

Wiseguy only has a few days left until his HTL in Tampa. Big props to him for doing every post this week with a ruck.
