25 Merkins
Run to rose garden (45 plate above) Shake and Bake for buddy work. One man runs around park while other does exercises, then switch. Exercises:
P = plank jacks & mountain climbers
A = ABC’s
R = ranger & regular merkins
T = turkish getups
Shake and Bake with 45 lb plate back to flag to finish PARTY with Yurpees
Ab beat down by Robin Hood including 68 F3 flutterkucks, much groaning.
COT: Congrats to all the Go Ruck guys. Highlighted by pax was happy birthday with a serenade with Jugs on guitar. All is very thankful to have such great inspiration given to us each morning by Peter Pan. The pax expressed this many times over. Thanks you for all you do and give this group Pater Pan. The Organic, Gluten and Sugar Free Pops were amazing. However Rico’s treats for his 50th may have put you in a second!

When we pray to God, most of the time we gloss over praising God. Instead, we cut to the chase and just ask God to bless us, our children, and heal our neighbors. Yet we serve a powerful God. One who deserves to be recognized and admired for His love, power, and grace. Let’s spend a few moments talking to God by sharing our love and honor for Him. Isn’t He glorious?
