We crowdsourced the Q. Ran 5 km, stopping at 5 minute intervals for exercise. Excellent time.

LORD’S PRAYER

THE WARM UP

A quick stretch of quads and hamstrings.

THE THANG

1 mile shake and bake around the Southwood Central Lake.

  1. The exercises are crowdsourced. Each man picks an exercise.
  2. Shake and bake for 5 minutes.
  3. At 30 seconds to 5-minute buzzer, Q announces 30 seconds. Sprint if you wish. First 3 people in the lead gets to call their exercise.
  4. 20 reps of each of 3 exercises.
  5. Repeat until we are back at flag.
  6. 5 minutes of up-downs and burpees.
