Sideways bridge walks on handrails with a bear crawl under back to beginning and then do other direction.
S&B to curb in front of office
Curb Squats x10 (start in seated position on curb and then stand up and squat back to seated position)
Mosey to fence outside office for:
3D fences x 10 (jump over top rail, shimmy through middle, crawl under bottom rail, repeat)
Pulls – X 20 lower rail and x 20 upper rail
Mosey to office stairs for bear crawl up the stair and crawl to upper junction, sprint to second stairs by cafeteria and bear crawl headfirst down.
Ab work:
LCRC crunches X 10
V-Sit clap and move x 2 (Pax Line up shoulder to shoulder and man on end reaches across body and claps man next to him’s hand, when the clap reaches the end, man on end jumps up and runs to beginning until all have done it)
Mosey to wolf:
Burpee box jumps x 10
Everyone gets in Dirkin position around the wolf. 1st man calls push then runs around wolf back to starting position then calls push, done until all have done it. 2 rounds.

Mosey to base of cafeteria stairs for more abs:
Flutters each man counts to 10 x 2 rounds

Bear crawl up stairs to corner then sprint to office stairs
Bear crawl head first down stairs
Up and out dips x 10 on planters outside office
Mosey to office fence for 3D fences x 10

Mosey to track for S&B 1/2 around track to gate and mosey to flag.
Since we were 1 minute over, we only did a 5 burpee topper
