Warm up (with rucks):
20 4-count Imperial Walkers
15 F3 count Merkins
20 4-count Monkey Humpers
The Thang:
Bear crawl the parking lot, 20 squats, lunge the parking lot
Backwards bear crawl the parking lot, 20 squats, lunge the parking lot
Rinse and mosey to the bus stop
10 high rail incline merkins
10 middle rail merkins
10 high rail merkins
10 high rail elbows together, head to rail
10 middle rail merkins
15 standing rows with ruck in hands, 20 4-count flutters with ruck overhead, 10 burpees with ruck shoulder press at the top
Rinse and repeat 2 more times
Divide into three man teams. One man has 3 rucks, and the second man buddy carries the third. Go about 50 yards and switch. Go about 50 yards and switch, and go the last 50 yards.
Rucks back on for 5 caterpillar push-ups, rotate back to front and 5 more caterpillars
Mosey to flag

COT: Most everyone seems to be getting back into the swing of things following the holidays. Balboa shared a quote about keeping those around you accountable. Mensa found out about a friend who had committed suicide, so prayers for him and his family. Iron Horse shared a bible verse regarding how we give the lord, and how honest we are about it. Tapout reminded us about the group that meets on Thursdays at 5:30 at Edenfield and Miccosukee Greenway for biking, rucking, or running. PSA – if you’re going to Jax in February for the ruck club battle, please continue to train. We will do a ruck workout every week at Gilchrist until Feb 3 to prepare. Willie led us out with a prayer, and we finished with the Pledge.
