Eighteen men came to the Lion’s Den to continue working off Irma snacks. Judge Smails made an appearance after an EH was placed by the Q yesterday. The Q himself had not been seen in the Lion’s Den and almost went to work out of habit instead. One FNG joined the PAX in the Gloom with more posts in the future hopefully.

Bear crawl 100 meters (with added 100 Flutter Kicks)

Final 400 meters…Overhead Farmer’s carry to water, then single cindy Farmer’s Carry with 5 burpee penalty for all when any PAX needed to switch hands.

It had been several weeks since the Q even made an appearance at Leon. There is something about being able to share one’s struggles with like-minded men who are often dealing with the same struggles as you. Rev brought up good points about how we may have strong outbursts about things beyond us that we want to fix vs. those things within us we want to fix. The Q’s take was how F3 helps us navigate when the rudder we are using is broken and making difficult to steer.
