The theme of the day was doing the mundane day better each day but creating in a 50 min bubble a workout that repeated over 3 rounds to the same exercise and music based on time and not count (sorry, Count); it is up to the man to find the purpose and push themselves 1% better to make the mundane actually building blocks to your guardrails on your way to becoming a HIM.

You saw beauty in a circle of men, in a flag, in F3. Take that mentality out into the world today and get after it. Also, for the rumor I heard yesterday about a few people wanting to cancel the Leon / Trinity post is that F3 Tallahassee will have to end altogether before Leon post is shut down and you can take that to the bank……out.
