The Thang:

Workout was performed while wearing Rucks the entire time.

On the way to the practice fields we warmed up by 40 yards of soldier walks, 40 yards of lunges, 50 yards of 2 man buddy carries.

At practice fields we found 3 tires and had 3 men on each one.

Carried tires to parking lot. About 225 yards

Two men of 3 man groups alternate tire flips while 3rd does 25 pushups. Alternated within each group who was doing the pushups. Every 50 yards we switched tires. Did this for 4 switches roughly 200 yards.

Carried tires back to where we picked them up in the far corner of the practice field.

Rucked back to flag.
